Are there cases of getting hiv from hiv tests?

I was worried about getting hiv, so I got tested twice. They both came back negative. But somehow I am just afraid of getting infected right from the tests. I know it sound pretty weird, but I cannot get rid of it. Can anyone answer my question? Or can anyone help me with my problem? Thanks.

Then seek professional help because you don't have an HIV concern.
