Need test or not

I've been in a serious relationship with my ex-girlfriend for around 7month. We were pretty close then and been living together for around 3month. We gave each other oral sex without protection for several times and share toothbrush for some time and also have lots of kiss(maybe with wound on lips). But I never have sex with her.
After we broke up, first I had some ulcer in my mouth and big lymph. Then a month later,I caught a cold with fever cough and sneeze and recover after I eat antibiotics. And several days later, I find some rash on my back and it go away 1to2 day after I clean my back.I start to panic after I read some article about HIV online because she once told me that she gave her first time to her ex before(but only once) and I am worried about he infect her and she infect me.
I've done some research and I realize that my risk is pretty low and there's large probability that my ex don't have HIV. But I just can't stop thinking. So I am hoping that you guys can give me an answer whether I need to test or not.thank you.
