Condom is safe protection and if condom is use by the rules then there is zero risk.
However, for those who did not use condom or did not use by the rules there is a positive correlation between VL and transmission risk.

No, the viral load doesn't matter. Condom-protected sex is safe sex. You have no risk when you use a condom and it does not break.
im sorry, i dont speak english very wel but i try to ask again.IF i use a condom does the viral load matter?
For people who are on treatment and got undetectable level chances are low (not zero). If someone is recently infected and does not take daily pills (because he or she does not know for infection or some else reason) chances are increasing. Hope this helps.
Lol.i didnt say if it does matter if you use a condom, but about the viral load when you use it
One of us had read this posters question wrong!
YES IT MATTERS!
Using a condom will NEVER increase your chances of contracting HIV.........Using a condom will protect you from contracting HIV!
Regardless of WHERE your partners viral load is, the fact remains they are HIV+ and YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST USE A CONDOM
If the condom did not break there is zero risk. No risk
