Negative duo HIV test at 5 weeks. Is this accurate?

I'm a female and had unprotected sex just over 6 weeks ago with a man. We had sex 3 times in one night, all of which were unprotected.

Around two weeks or so after sex I began to feel ill. Sore throat, fever, muscle aches and a rash. I just thought this was a normal cold, but then I started thinking about HIV and got really anxious.

Anyway, I had a duo test done at 5 weeks and 5 days since the sex and it came back today negative.

This has relieved my worries somewhat, but how accurate is this test 5-6 weeks after exposure?

I will have another test done at 12 weeks, but is my result likely to change from now?

I have well and truly learnt my lesson, and will never do this again!

Thanks.
