New Hiv Test

I HIV tenst (c. Anti-HIV1 / 2 + Ag p24) after 38 days of the relationship was negative ...
Retesting after 67 days (9 weeks and 4 days)
Antic Anti-HIV 1/2:
Negative
And today new test with 11 weeks accurate:
Antic Anti-HIV 1/2: Negative ...
I can conclude the result and continue with my life, or will need another test?

It was a relationship without a condom ...
My fear even with these 3 negative is that I have 10 months baby still breast milk of the mother, and I have to be sure before I start having sex without protection with my wife ...

Unprotected sex poses a risk of HIV transmission.
An HIV test at the right time gives accurate results.
A 4th generation test should be done at 4 weeks post exposure and a simple HIV test at three months post exposure.
I would consider the results conclusive
