Oral sex and Hiv

Hi there,

At November 2015 a had sex and oral sex with one stranger (women). A have use condoms for vaginal sex, but i have performed oral sex to here two timewithout any oral protection, also she perform to me oral sex (blowjob without ejaculation). Weeks after this oral sex, a got something like geographic tongue,and from that time till today, geographic tongue goes and comes angen and agen, without any pain.

Pls i ask you for any question from your side, is it there any chace i have got for exmple HIV, or other STD. I dont know if she had HIV. Pls helm me with your answer. Im afrait do to analyses, should i do them ?
