Condom broke now I’m afraid about possibly HIV exposure!!!

The end of April I was having sex with a woman I didn’t really know. She was extremely dry. I force my penis into her and the condom completely ruptured. I pulled out in less than one or three seconds. She’s very promiscuous so I’m worried. What’s starting to worry me is that almost two weeks ago I started having tingling and numbness in my toes and fingers that is not going away. I’ve seen online that tingling in the hands and feet can be a symptom of HIV. Am I justified in my fear? I also received the second dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine a little over two weeks ago. I’ve also seen a small amount of information saying that tingling may be caused by the vaccine. Thanks

The chances of a man getting HIV from a one-time vaginal encounter is about 0.04% if the partner is positive - and that's for full intercourse.  The chance of getting HIV from such a brief encounter is almost non-existent.  

Just test at the appropriate time (at least 28 days post-event with a 4th generation test) to put your mind at ease.

What are your thoughts about the tingling in my feet and hands? Would that symptom be present so soon?

Doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to them. Neither should you. Medical students sometimes think they have contracted the disease they are studying, so avoid examining your body or wasting your time googling symptoms. Since it was April, just take the test instead of guessing.

Neuropathy caused by HIV would only occur as HIV progresses to AIDS.  This would not happen within a few months of contracting HIV, even if you had, against all astronomical odds, contracted HIV.
