Open wound on shaft?

Hi guys,

I had intercourse a few days ago with someone. It was protected, both oral and vaginal but I am unsure if she had HIV.
2 hours prior to the intercourse I accidentally cut the shaft of my penis shaving. There were 2 small punctures the size about 2mm by 1mm.

I am unsure whether the condom completely covered the small wounds.

am I at risk of contracting HIV through the liquid reaching the small cuts?

The cuts it would take to put you at risk would have prevented you from having any type of sex.
