Oral Sex Risks

I recently had protected Oral Sex with an escort. I ejaculated while her mouth was still touching my penis (My penis was still protected with condom). After that, I took the condom and filled water in it to check if it didn't tear. The condom wasn't torn. While washing the condom, her saliva might have come in contact with my hands. Am i safe with the episode of oral sex and also the episode of washing the condom?
Am i safe with other STD's too like herpes,etc..?
I was also wearing clothes (shirt and Pant) during this occasion.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had ZERO RISK for HIV.  No one has ever been infected by receiving oral sex, even if it is unprotected, and you don't get HIV by touching anything.

Most medical sites say oral risks is low it’s not impossible
Rollingdawgs It hasn't happened in 40 years so likely it won't in your lifetime either. We do not use theoretical risks that have never manifested here, because there are lots of real risks like cancer that you can get at any time that people accept and ignore every day so no reason to waste your life wondering if a 40 year event is going to happen.
