"During a massage trip with friends. Me and a prostitute had oral sex without using a condom and gradually I became addicted and repeated for several weeks. So I Do they become infected with HIV through oral sex of these sex workers? Looking forward to getting advice
Hey. Oral sex is not going to transmit the HIV virus even if you had unprotected oral (giving or receiving) several times with a sex worker. Saliva has enzymes in it that deactivate the virus and air deactivates it as well. So, this would not be a risk. The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. So, you don't need to worry.
