Did u do sex also without condom?
Yes through repeated exposure over several weeks to vaginal discharge through mouth u can get hbv or HIV if that person is infected and is having heavy viral load, but chances are lesser than conventional ways of transmission.
Through unprotected intercourse you will surely get them.

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

There is no detail you could add to this event to make it a risk for HIV. You had zero risk and you do not need a test.

Even though that girl is HIV positive and Blowjob, am I not at risk of getting HIV?
NO RISK.  No one has ever been infected in that manner, and you will not be the first.  Please carefully re-read the only two ways you can be exposed to HIV.
Thank you very much for taking the time to advise me. Because I'm in a state of anxiety and panic. Have you a good day
