I'm sorry to hear you have oral thrush but it isn't because of HIV. They should give you medicine for the oral thrush so it goes away quickly and reactive lymph nodes happen from time to time. But HIV is not a concern for you as you had no risk.
I went to a quick clinic last night where a doctor diagnosed the oral thrush and gave me a liquid oral medication. I also have moderately swollen lymph nodes in my neck.
Your test will be negative :)
That was really long but I can sum this up easily or you. You didn't risk HIV in any way. Oral thrush happens for MANY reasons and this has nothing to do with HIV. You don't need an infectious disease doctor and you don't even need to test
Oral sex with or without mouth sores, cavities, bleeding ulcers, etc. is NOT a risk for HIV. No one in the history of HIV has ever gotten HIV from oral se and you aren't going to be the first.
Protected anal sex is also NOT a risk.
The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal sex with penetration, unprotected anal sex with penetration or sharing of IV drug needles. Saliva and air inactivate the virus.
So, you do not have HIV and can check that off your list of things to worry about.
