Oral insertive 5-8 seconds risk

I see so many questions on forum for oral sex and risks involved but still very anxious and tensed so must ask you question on this this.
18 days back I went to massage parlous and she wanted to give handjob. Then I realised she started with blow job, the time I told her it was already 6-8 seconds and then she jerked me off by hand.
Thereafter she washed my penis.
I am dead scared since then. 5 days after exposure I had redness on my penis, doctor did urine test didn't find anything. He gave me doxycycline for 1 week in case needed. I completed the course, still redness on my penis shaft, pinkish red all over.
He said for my peace of mind I can have full test again after one month including HIv.

I went to another doctor after 12 days, he said there is no practical risk but offered me to do PCR RNA blood test for HIV along with urine test for STD.
Urine test came negative and now my other result is awaited.

Also 12th day he also gave me anti anxiety pill etifloxin in case I need it which I took 2 on 13th day.
Since then I had needle prickling in my palms and feet also o feel like tingling all over my body which is still there.

Please help me doctor, are these symptoms indicates some contamination??

Also on 12th day, doctor also prescribed me etifloxine for reducing anxiety but the day I took 2 tables morning and evening, I started having prikling and redness in my palms and soles only, thereafter doctor told me to stop as it's side effect of this mwdicine. But even after 7 days I still have the same problem and since 3-4 days tingling sensation also has started,

Please please help me with your reply, I am literally dying everyday with this anxiety.

Thanks

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is  protected and there is zero risk
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is protected and there is zero risk.
3. sharing hollow needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Because of all the research statistics, doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.

Since you had zero risk, then you don't have hiv and you can't have symptoms of hiv. You need to stop wasting your time trying to come up with hiv theory. Since the doc said the side effects of the medicine caused the symptoms, then see the doc again about them to make sure it isn't in your imagination now. You don't have any medical training so you shouldn't be worrying about hiv which you don't even have - Let the doctor discuss to make sure the symptoms are not in your imagination from fear.
