Oral sex hiv

Hi,

I had an encounter a week ago with a Man I performed oral sex on him for less than 30 seconds with no ejaculation. He says he is negative and doesn’t have anal sex. I assume this makes it very low risk and I don’t need a test is that right?

Bleeding gums do not result in HIV transmission. Saliva and air still inactivate the virus. Unless you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles, you aren't going to get HIV.  No one has ever gotten HIV from oral in a documented, proven case.

Oral is zero risk, not low risk. No reason to test for zero risk.

Thank you that’s very reassuring.
Do possible bleeding gums have any effect on hiv transmission? I can’t remember how long it was after I brushed my teeth that I engaged in oral sex. Thank you
