hiv panic question

hello doc ok well my question is i had protected sex with this guy on mid january. after that i can with a flu went to the er i got that taking care off. i went and got an elisa test came back negative at 3 weeks after the enconter. then i did 2 rapid test at 3 and 4 weeks after explosure. they also came back negative. now at 5 weeks did the hiv dna pcr test here r my result
hiv-1 antibody value 1.0 range 1.0 result negative
hiv1/0/2 abs,qual value non reactive result negative
hiv-1 dna value negative range -  result negative
now do thatmeans i can stop panicking about hiv

well i will consider a expose becase the guy use a condom  but before he put the condom he had pre-cum.what r my chances of becoming infected if the precum toch the comdom before the intercorse
