Chances of transmitting HIV through vaginal fluids.

Hi there. Based on other posts, I've sort of established that the HIV virus dies/becomes ineffective almost instantaneously upon contact with air. If this is indeed the case, by right the vaginal fluids near the vaginal opening and even slightly inside the vaginal should be incapable of transmitting HIV as it would definately be somewhat exposed to air upon penetration. As such, is there a general guide as to how deep can a unprotected penis penetrate a vaginal without being exposed to vaginal fluids that ae capable of transmitting HIV?

Unprotected vaginal or anal sex is a risk what ever spin you put on it.If you engaged in this type of activity then you need to test, it's that simple.

But isn't it only a thin line between what is "external" and "internal" considering that when you penetrate a vaginal, you'll definately open up a passage for air to rush into the vaginal therefore "exposing" the vaginal fluids (at least those relatively nearer to the opening) to air?

Unprotected vaginal penetration is a risk no matter what.Yes it's true that the HIV virus is very fragile outside the body but if you penetrate the vagina then that's internal not external.
