Hiv+ experience i need help :((

Please help me with this incidident coz i dont really know what to do im dying inside... There are two guys that i got intimate with and later i found out that these two are hiv+..im the type of person that dont like to do anal fun since when my bestfriend was diagnosed with hiv. I also never suck dick due to gum disease.. So i always try to do safe sex by being an instervive partner in oral sex and when it comes to kissing i never use my tongue which most of the time its like smooching...

The first guy that i got intimate with did give me an oral sex. He gave me a blowjob and kiss me (kissing without tongue because my gums at the back is sore due to gum disease). And i just helped him ejaculate, suck his nipple, and he suck my left ear.. Whats my risk? What should i need to do im so scared?

The second guy is a guy that i dated for awhile i told him that one of my requirements is to have hiv checking just to be sure.. We didnt do anything sensual instead of kissing (again its close mouth. No tongue involved) what will be my risks?

Please help me coz im dying in fear. I tried to stay safe but it seems that im still scared.. Now i have a fear of dating guys because i dont know if he's positive or not.. Please give me an advice please please please im begging...

You had no from the activities you describe. Yes I read every word you wrote. As long as you did not have unprotected intercourse, you're safe in regards to HIV. Kissing (with or without tongue), oral sex does not carry any risk for HIV.

Unprotected oral, though, does carry risks for other STDs. You might want to have a panel done for that.
