Oraquick Oral Swab at 90 days

I previous asked a question and I guess with some anxiety and thoughts getting to me thinking if my massage lady poked me with something. I did get sick about 6 weeks later like a cold. So that got me worried and thinking.
The massage took place Aug 16 and today shows 90-91 days since then. I just bought the test and followed directions and read the test at 22 minute mark. It showed solid line at C line in middle and no other.
Will this test clear me of my thoughts of what ifs? Again, only handjob was giving with lub and she was not wearing gloves. I strictly did not want sex.
