Oraquick at 4 months post high risk

hello everyone, is an oraquick (blood or swab) considered conclusive after a high risk exposure with another male 4 months ago? Also, I understand that vitamin deficiency may effect tests, if so, is low iron something to worry about when testing? Can i relax now? or must i wait til the 6 months mark? Any answers or comments are appreciated. Thanks
