P24 Antigen & HIV 1 & 2 ( CIMA) Test at days 24

Dear all,

I have exposed myselh to HIV risk 24days ago.
I do a lab test and the results are as below :

SEROLOGY
HIV p24 Antigen                                Not Detected

HIV SCREENING
HIV 1 and 2 Ag/Ab (CIMA)                  Not Detected

My question is :
1.) Is this a conclusive result ? If not, what is the percentage of accuracy?
2.) If I plan to do a full STD test, what kind of test I should go foe?
3.) How like it will turn to positve if I do test again in 3 months later?

Thanks in advance for your kind reply.
