3 tests at 3 different places are going to do the same thing, they are going to look for antibodies in your blood. hence single test or 3 different test at 3 different places makes no difference.
How could you say that 1 test at the end of 3 months is good? Just asking for education. Every test has some probability. Should one not take 3 tests all on one day and from 3 different labs to feel good? Or how about 3 tests from each of the three test locations on the same day?

PCR tests are not screening tests, they are test that are used to help diagnose HIV. The are not standalone tests and have to be used in conjunction with an antibody test.
