Bitten tongue tip and bleeding

Hello, doctor.

My English is not good.

Half a year ago, I drank too much and wanted to kiss a waitress in a restaurant. She bit my tongue and bled and pushed me away. Then it was over. I don't know if she has an oral ulcer or bleeding.

I'm really very, very anxious. Do I need to have an HIV test?

No risk. Stop worrying. Everyone kisses someone and no one can get HIv from that or else everyone would have HIV.
Maybe you need to talk to your doctor so he can explain this.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I know saliva does not spread HIV.

But I was panicked because I had to break the tip of my tongue and had a little bleeding.
Air also kills it so that is another reason you can't get HIV from kissing. All her HIV would be dead in her mouth. Then the dead HIV goes into your mouth and that is double kill.
