Pain killer injection needles

Hi, Yesterday I went to hospital for my leg sprain. Doctor checked me and ask nurse to put painkiller injection. Nurse took me to inject room and put painkiller injection.   Here my worry is, I have a doubt if she used reused needles, Does this transmit hiv?  Do I need a test? I am little scared about this situation.  Please help.
