I have done a sex with my partner with condom. Last month After 30 days I m facing some issues such fatigue, dry cough and shortness of breath, and headache and eyes getting red and while urine and some amount of blood of going while urine also. Id this the symptoms of hiv. Or should I test for hiv or other std requires l. Please help i m little bit worried about it.

No, it's not a symptom of HIV, but they are symptoms of covid. That's what you should get tested for.
The advice can't change today. You were told before that a condom is safe so reread that advice so you can be happy.
