still unsure what could it be?? please tell me something

i got an hiv test at 22 weeks since the exposer but it came bac negative my problem is that they say dat u cant go by symptoms to diagnose hiv and da only way is to get tested so i know dat... but i been having not so sore but feeling dat my throat feels sore in da mornin as soon as i wake up and it feels swollen and so red bac i see bumps white spots dey come n go i rub dem off dey dont bleed and my viens in my mouth,tounge are like darker den i ever seen dem.....  but i dont hav a cold i can swallow it doesnt hurt its but i guess it bothers cause i think somthings wrong u noe da ( anxiety ) my std test come bac negative clymedia gonerhea herpes n sysphilis... i got a yeast infecton twice already and  yeast is due to your immune system low cause by hiv and other things of course..i get a lil light headed sweats somtimes .. its been only 5 months i guess i have to wait the 6 months to a 1 year??? what should i do what is dis any one please tell me and thank you for reading and ur time ohhhhh and also my doc says in my mouth looks find but didnt taake a cultue dats it.....bye and enjoy da holidays and be SAFE....

You do not have HIV, your test is conclusive. See a Dr for your symptoms they are not HIV related.
