Penis to anus

Last May 2019 I met a guy thru grinder. We check inn in a motel. He automatically naked himself and i myself just wore boxer briefs.  I lay myself in the bed while he himself sits on me while rubbing his butt, until i felt like the head of my penis went out to my boxer brief and felt like the tip of my penis touch or somehow inserted to his anus but not sure. He sit then he didnt move like he is trying to really insert my penis. I then move him away then seeing the head of my penis was very wet and not sure of it is precum or from his butt hole.
My question is if my penis that time was really wet does it mean the head was inserted to his anus?
Am i possible infected already with HIV?

Chances of syphilis?

Here are the ways that adults get HIV:  They have unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or share IV drug needles.  I think it wouldn't be very likely that you penetrated someone anally and you aren't sure about it.  That's normally a tight fit.  Just touching the anus on the outside does not transmit the virus.  So, this is not a risk.  Air inactivates HIV and everything you did was outside the anus.

How will you explain the scenario after i push him away, i noticed that the head of my penis was so wet and a lot of precum. That is mean it was not inserted? Or a big chance that the head was inserted to the anus.?
Second, how deep should be the insertion to be risk of hiv
I stand by what I said that if you inserted into his anus, you'd know.  It doesn't just slip in.  But he could have had fluid around his anus.  But that is exposed to air.  So, is not a risk.
