Peripheral Neuropathy

Does anyone know the timeline from HIV infection to possible Peripheral Neuropathy.  I had an exposure almost 4.5 months ago and now have been experiencing a numb index fingertip on my right hand for 4-5 days.   It is not tingling or painful, it just feels numb and when I touch something it feels weird.

I also have been feeling cold continually now for at least 2 months.  I don't have a fever or a cold, it just seems as if my body will not warm up even in comfortable room temperature.

1) Can peripheral Neuropathy happen this quickly or is it a later stage HIV issue?
2) Is there any relationship between low body temperature and early (2-4 months) HIV infection?

Thank You

Dr. Hook advised you that you didn't have a risk and you've been advised of it several times on this forum. You've been reported to MedHelp.

13 weeks is conclusive. Either accept it or seek a therapist.

I tested negative at in Canada (don't know what test is used) at 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 13 weeks.  I want to believe my results, but the continual discomfort I am feeling fills me with a sense that I am a late seroconverter.

I have never experienced the problems that I have now and all I can attribute it to is possible HIV infection.

This is not a concern for you. This forum can be of no more help, unless you want to post your conclusive results.
