This is an irrational thought.  Clinics do NOT re-use needles, in any part of the world anymore.  Your thoughts are driven by anxiety, not reality.  You did NOT get infected by the needle.
Testing repeatedly is abnormal, along with the irrational fear of clinic giving anyone HIV. Your problem is not disease, it is fear of disease, so you need to see a therapist to deal with that since it is wasting your life with irrational thoughts which can even get worse if untreated.

You are missing the point.  You did not have any risk for HIV, testing at all is not necessary.  And you are you asking if 12 weeks are the same as 3 months?  Ya, 4 weeks in a month so 4 + 4 +4 = 12.

Guys thank you.
But is it correct that official institutes like WHO CDC says 3 months? And are 12weeks the same as 3months?

Agree.  Oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  Saliva and air inactivate the virus.  The 4th generation test is conclusive regardless at 28 days and beyond.  For future reference, the only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.

Hi Johan

Oral sex is not a HIV concern.
Testing was not required.

Sexually only unprotected penetrative vaginal or anal sex poze HIV risk.

Move On,  you do not have any HIV concern
