Please Advise

I had sexual intercourse with a hooker around 3 weeks ago, recently i've been coughing blood out and had a couple nosebleeds after a few days. Im very worried as the symptoms are matching i.e. lower abdominal pain is occurring and itching. Please advise as I am extremely undergoing stress over this.

I'm no Dr and they no longer reply to enquiries.
From all the things I've read you don't sound like you are experiencing ARS however testing is the only way to know your status and your condom slip put you at risk so testing is necessary as already mentioned.
If she had anything it isn't automatic it will pass to you in one encounter.
Again, I would see my Dr if I was coughing blood.

I agree based on symptoms he doesn't have hiv and chances are he doesn't because it's not automatic it gets passed on.
However he had condom failure with a hooker. Someone of this life style is a risk. A percentage of people don't even show any symptoms of acute hiv infection. Testing is necessary here based on that alone. Not trying to alarm you jonny458, just saying it's the right thing to do to play it safe for you and any future partners.

Initially it was protected, later on the condom had fell off without realising. From your experience do you think I have an STD?

You did not mention if your intercourse was protected or not. If not, then you should get a 4th gen test at 28 days post encounter.
If I was you, I'd make an appointment with my Dr concerning coughing blood.
