I have Balanitis, my penis head touch the vaginal fluid when I removing the condom

Last week Im having protected sex with prostitude in thailand, after the sex activities, when I was removing the condom, the vaginal fluid outside the condom was accidentally touch my penis head, I have Balanitis actually. Is that will get infected by HIV?

HIV is inactivated by air.  You can't get HIV by touching vaginal fluid outside the body.  This wasn't a risk.  Only if you had unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse (with penetration ) or shared IV drug needles would you have any risk.
