Please assess my risk

Hi I am a 30 years old male from Sydney, Australia. I have never had a relationship so far. I have had sex with 13 women so far of which 10 were CSWs and the other 3 times was a threesome with straight couples.

I have received protected oral sex 9 out of 10 times. The one time I received unprotected oral sex was with the female partner of a couple. It lasted for about 25 minutes with two sessions of 15 and 10 mins. In between this she gave unprotected oral to her male partner who came in her mouth and she swallowed, and also received unprotected penile-vaginal sex from him. She ejaculated a lot. The woman told me her periods stopped a day ago. Then we had protected intercourse. The condom seemed to have worked and there was no blood on the condom. So in the next oral sesssion I came in her mouth. I did not give her cunnilingus. She did give me some anilingus. The couple had been together for 4 years when I met them and said they have unprotected vaginal sex only with each other.

A week ago I had protected sex with a CSW who said she does unprotected sex for some extra money. Once we were done I pulled out a condom and there were some secretions on the condom which could have been hers OR of the male she was with right before... My condom worked fine though as there was no apparent breakage.

I have given unprotected cunnilingus to 3 women so far. I did not swallow as I have minor bleeding gum and mouth ulcer problem.

So to summarise:

Unprotected penile-vaginal sex = 0 out of 13
Unprotected fellatio on me = 1 out of 13
Unprotected cunnilingus on the woman = 3 out of 3

I don't have any symptoms except that I developed some mouth ulcers lately, I have had liver problems for long. It is cold in these months (June) in Sydney, the flu and stuff is affecting everyone anyway.

Please assess if I need HIV specific testing and why.

Thanks a lot in advance. You guys are doing a great job!

Wow. That was quite the epic tome!
I'm just going to skip to the chase and go to your summary.

You have had PROTECTED insertive vaginal sex ALL 13 times and in each of those encounters, the condom never broke or slipped off. Do I have that correct? If so, you NEVER had a risk for HIV and you DO NOT need to test.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV but it IS a risk for other sexually transmitted diseases. I would advise you to have a full STD panel done to rule out any infections. Some STD's do not have any symptoms and some have symptoms that can be easy to miss. A couple of these can "hide" in your body for years doing immense damage to other organs. Syphilis and Hep C are two that come directly to mind. Again I will urge you strongly to get yourself tested for ALL STD's.

It is recommended that anyone who engages in oral sex have an STD panel done every three months for prevention.

This is my assessment.
You NEVER had a risk for HIV and do NOT need to test,
You ARE at risk for an STD and should have a full panel ASAP

Haha. Are you an Aussie?

You got it right mate. I am still a virgin as far as having unprotected vaginal sex goes.

I have never seen a ruptured/broken or defective condom myself. From reading on the forums here and there I get that when condoms break they tear right apart leaving no confusion that the condom broke. They are designed that way. I have never seen that sort of destruction with any of the condoms I used. So I'll say yeah .... my condoms always worked and never had major slippage...by which I mean the urethra was always very well covered. Just minor slippage to half the length of penis which come from going soft for while.

Thanks again.

Cheers!
No, I'm not an Aussie.......I just wanted to show you how fluent in your language I am! LOL
Just keep being safe. Remember that oral sex CAN transmit other diseases and you should have an STD panel done every three months for prevention. Also learn about PEP in case a condom ever DOES break. Keep playing safe!
