Please help assess my risk

I recently visited a massage parlor. I am very paranoid about HIV so i didn't want to risk anything. I have a few cuts on my hands and arms and covered them with adhesive plasters. I also brought latex gloves and made the massage person wear it. She gave me a handjob and I wore a condom for it. There was a lot of body rubbing and crotch humping but there was never any penetrative sex. No oral, vaginal or anal. But I'm pretty paranoid about the body rubbing and crotch humping, even though I was wearing a condom. Am I too paranoid or was there even the slightest risk of getting HIV? I don't know her HIV status. Please help. Should I get tested?

Thanks! I must be overthinking it. I have this irrational fear that I might get HIV. But thanks for the reassurance
