Please help me Whether I have to go for HIV testing ?

I had sex with a girl (HIV status unknown to me) using condom(protected) in Nov 2012. After about 1 and half year on Feb 2014, when I suffered from cold , snizzing & cough, Doctor advised me for various tests.Test results are;
TWBC : 10400 cells umm (normal)
DLC; ploym : 73%, Eosinp: 8%, Lymp: 19%,Basoph & Monoc : 00% (Normal)
ESR: 10 mm/1st hr
ASO (Titre) : 200 IV/ML (normal)
According to the report Doctor prescribed medicines....
Sir please tell me that how much chance of HIV positive in me...???
Whether I have to go for HIV test ??

Why would you relate these symptoms that you experienced 1 and 1/2 years later to a girl you had PROTECTED sex with that long ago or any girl you had sex with unprotected or protected that long ago for that matter? Your very broad symptoms could be from anything, get control of your anxiety first and start thinking rationally about what could possibly be affecting you.

But I come to know from internet that Condoms reduces the risk of transmission up to 80 %. This is increasing my tension.. please help...

But sir I dont know , the condom I had used Latex or other condom. But it covered my whole genetal area. please help me...

You didn't have a risk.  Condom protected sex=safe sex in regards to HIV.  That being said, all sexually active people should be tested for STDs, including HIV on an annual basis.  It's just good practice.

Based on your encounter though, you don't need HIV testing.

You never had an exposure, you had protected sex.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
