Please help me!!!!

I had sex with a girl a couple of weeks ago on May 7th and I used a condom but for some dumb reason I took it off to  feel her vagina with my penis for about 10 seconds then I stopped and took it out. there was no ejaculation. Now about a week ago My throat started hurting and it hasnt stopped yet. It is a very bothering sore throat that causes me to cough repeatedly because of the tickle in my throat. for one night I woke up and my shirt was soaking wet with my sweat so I got up and changed it, then I wake up and my shirt is soaked again! i felt uneasy about this but thought the fact i drank a lot of water before bed might of been the reason. that has stopped but still I have a sore throat and it hurts. My foolish ways have led me to penetrate a sex worker off the street somewhere in Georgia just an hour ago. I penetrated her vagina til I felt a pop and immediately pulled out but still there was no ejaculation. She finished me off with ejaculation in her mouth I observed a tiny little cut inside my penis that is so small you have to squint to see. idk if it was there before or after the condom popped but now these two occurrences have me scared to death. could it be I might contract hiv from one of these episode. please assert me the stupid risk I have taken and your sincere thoughts on these matters

Those are not ARS symptoms. Symptoms or lack of will never tell you your status, the only way to know your status is by testing.

from the symptoms I just explained, do you think it could be hiv?

No it is not the test of choice and most places don't have the test or the analyzer to run a DUO test.

It is the test of choise in many countries for a reason. If it identifies HIV postive people 8 days ealier than an antibody test then thats a good thing.

Don't make me post the test comparisons. DUO at most has an earlier detection of about 8 days compaired to an antibody test. What does LTNP have to do with this?  LTNP developes antibodies just as quick as people that arent and you aren't diagnosed as being a LTNP until years after being positive.

It depends what condition your immune systems in and what the t-cell count is.LTNP's are rare.

P-24 won't detect HIV 2 either. It's a waste of money. You are not going to get meds right from the start if positive and it may take years before you are required to be put on meds.

An antbody test won't look for p24 antigen--you might aswell kill 2 birds with one stone.Knowing ones status is far more important than a few extra bucks in the pocket--but at the end of the day it's your call.

Save you money and just take an antibody test.

First encounter was a risk, the second one wasn't.Take an HIV DUO at 4 weeks and then a final test at 3 months--all the best.
