Pls help me, 3 men sex

I am a Chinese university boy (20). I had sex with 2 fellow boys of my university on 6/10. A had been safe for sure. B was unknown. A gave oral sex to B and me (licked our penises), and had condom-protected anal sex with B (A as the bottom). B and I gave each other oral sex. B bumped the place around my anus but didn't enter, as I wasn't noticing, with his bare penis (maybe having prostatic fluid on it but not sure, and he had ejaculated 1 hour before but not sure whether still having semen on his penis). Not sure whether his penis touched the "door" of my anus or the mucosa around or inside. B had quick French kiss with me. The 3 of us licked nipples of each other.

I was developing a wisdom tooth (opsigenes), not sure whether having anabrosis. The next day I found my balanus, where next to the coronary sulcus, there were two same red rectangle erythema, looking very alike, seeming bite marks of teeth. I took photos and they seemed thinner and sunken than the skin around when I amplificated the photo. I didn't feel pain the night before. And my upper lip, next to the middle of 2 lips, there were two red erythema just the same, not sure whether his kiss caused it by teeth or I myself bited it. These disappeared about 4 days later.

I was feeling all hot burning around my body. The third morning, I had quite messy excrement, and that afternoon sudden diarrhea. I felt quite dizzy and headache. I couldn't focus my mind and can't read or revise. I felt my understanding ability was having problems. The fourth morning still quite messy excrement but no more diarrhea. The excrement returned to normal about the sixth day.
Then I felt my wisdom tooth aching. The gingiva around was shaking and my tongue was hot burning. My oral condition was awful for about 2 or 3 days. The tongue stopped burning 3 days later but still not the same as before. The uncomfortableness of the surrounding of my wisdom tooth is eased now but still somewhat annoying. My focus of attention is somewhat relieved.

Could you please assess this risk for me? The 3 of us are all from the same top university in CHINA, A was a sophomore (20), B  freshman(19), me junior. I mainly worry for B. B said he had a test when he entered university (last June). He said afterwards he just had oral sex but no anal sex with others (about 2 guys). Not sure whether he was honest and not sure whether he knew about his health as he didn't take tests afterwards. Thank you very much for your attention! I would go for a test later, but just want to know your assessment for some help.

You don't have an HIV concern, you've never had an exposure.

Yes, I understand, but how to define the difference between a deep anal/vaginal penetrating, and a friction/rubbing/bumping outside or around the anus/vagina? Since fluid might flow in? THX for your time.

Because of no ejaculation?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

OK. I thought there was risk of blood... if his blood passed when he bited my balanus, causing scars...
And what about the touch of his bare penis around my anus, not sure whether there was fluid on his balanus?
THX!

There are no "buts," You did not have a RISK. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex, sores or no sores.

THX! Sorry but,
what if B was having scars in his mouth and the erythema was caused by his bite?
Or when he tried to enter my anus, what if his prostatic fluid touched the mucosa around?
Or when I gave him oral sex, his prostatic fluid touched my wisdom tooth as I know there might be scars around the developing tooth?
