This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam so you both would have known that. Move on  because she paid for that condom to protect herself, so likely is negative anyway.

Thx for you , at the end the ejaculation was inside top of condom  i was drunk but sure , she provide me the condom , may she stored in bad situation or it has a wound  or bad quality , im so worry pls help
Reread about known and herself, instead of making up condom theories that no one here is going to believe since you don't have any medical training.
Besides, she isn't dumb enough to pay money for something that might give her hiv. You are not making sense.
I ask you cause she from poor community , and when isk her if the condom was food she answers me .. what do u think i will get pregnant ( may she dnt like tok abt hiv coz may i will affraid ) anyway if there tiny wounds in the condom puts me on risk ?
Condoms are made up of latex and latex protects against HIV transmission. If it didn't break, it protected you.

Every thing else that you are contemplating is anxiety, we don't do "what-ifs" here, this is an HIV prevention forum and you didn't posses a risk from your incident.

Please get over this and move on.
Thx
I meant that she paid for the condom to protect herself from hiv. She does not care about you, but when the condom protects her it also protects you. She would not buy one that would not protect her - so enjoy your life.
Thx sir , i took your time .. and last there is differance between condoms , may this condom from bad material or expirez .. but it not fails
