HIV Transmission question

Dear Dr's,
Week ago I had protected oral and vaginal intercourse with an Asian massuese at a massage parlor. My question is that five days earlier a had shaved my pubic hairs above my penis and I got a mild folliculitis reaction. Couple days after there were some pimples that popped. My question is that can the vaginal secretions or the masseuse transmit HIV through folliculitis without the appearance of white heads. I really getting scared about this and don't know how to take this.

Unless you had unprotected penetrative sex, you do not need an HIV test.

No.

To disclose though, no one here is a doctor. You have to post (for a fee) in the physician's forum.

Even if my pubic area was semi-inflammed? There was no blood present I. Just wondering if the virus can penetrate through a inflammed hair follicular?

No, vaginal fluid cannot infect you in the environment, and certainly not through a pimple.
