Possible Trasmissions of HIV

I would like to know if possible routes of transmission that I am asking are apparent risks.

1) Transfer of HIV through shaving razor: How long after an HIV positive person uses a razor would you be at risk if you shared the same razor as well?

2) Can HIV be transferred from an ulcer in the mouth to another ulcer in another persons mouth through kissing?

3) How long does HIV stay alive out side of the body whilst exposed to air?

What about medical instruments after exposure to a steris disinfector? How much water when hot will kill hiv? HEp?

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
