When to take HIV test

I had taken HIV test in November and December 2017. Both was negative. After that I had 1 unprotected oral in April 2018 and 3 protected oral in last 4 months. Will there be any risk of this. Please advise when should I take next HIV test,

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex with someone of unknown status, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

You were never at risk for HIV and you did not need a test, and you certainly do not need any more tests.  I have no idea what is causing your pain and itching, but it has nothing to do with HIV since you had zero risk.

I am very thankful for your prompt response. I had a protected encounter with a massage girl in March 2017. Later I had fever, sore throat, pain in abdomen and itching. I did HIV test in November 2017 and December 2017. My wife also had HIV test in December 2017. All the tests were Negative and had only oral with 2-3 girls later. You already mentioned no test is required, but worried and asking since I need to go for a visa test. Kindly suggest if there’s a need of HIV test
You are just repeating the same question.  I listed the risks for HIV, and nothing you did is one of those two risks, so my answer remains that no HIV test is needed.
