TS insertiveanal possible exposure - not sure bout condom

21 July 2015 had encounter with TS CSW, performed insertive anal. I removed the condom but didn't remember whether intact or broken. Didnt notice anything weird like plastic hoop.

5 days after, noticed sores and went to doctor for consultation. she believed it was herpes and ordered blood test a week after exposure :

Igg hsv 1 1.41 reactive
Igm hsv 1 0.2 non
Igg hsv 2. 0.38 non
Igm hsv 2 1.04 grayzone

Tested hiv duo one week after exposure : -
Tested antibody 3 week after : -
Vdrl tpha : -

History :
1. Unprotected vaginal 16 june (6 week before last exposure)
2. Unprotected oral 27 june (4 week before last exposure)

TS mentioned she was negative 4 months ago. She is high claas TS which demands condom usage in every acts incl. Oral sex.

1. Anxious whether my condom was intact or not, TS said it was.
2. When did i get herpes, worried if it was from the last which means the condom broke
3. Is it possible to have delayed first outbreak of herpes
4.doctor said the risk is minuscule pls comment.

Planned to duo test 4 week after and already did pcr rna 3 week after exposure, waiting for result.

Update, while I wait for my duo and PCR i did a vikia antibody rapid test 4 week and it was negative. Is this a good sign? thank you

The reason im anxious os because as far as a remember i never had herpes lesions prior to this one so if i was infected from the last exposure, it means the condom failed right as the lesion is at my neck of penis which was supposed covered by condom...

thats why im asking about the delayed primary outbreak....i mean whether i was already infected before the last exposure, and the friction triggered the outbreak...

Thanks again for the reply. I have two questions if you don't mind.

1. i know i read tons of articles regarding how condoms break catastrophically. Is there any chance i didn't realize it while removing it as i couldnt remember the exact state of my condom at that time. i mean can i remove it and was not aware it was broken like a fringe hoop of latex ?

2. How was i infected by herpes?

3. Is my 3 week antibody test useless or does it omit 60-70% chance of infection as mentioned in medhelp's other threads?

@JamesD1991 thank you for your comment, can you help me explain regarding the herpes infection? it's the reason i am anxious about the condom. did i have the delayed outbreak due to the fact that i seem to have HSV 1 already?

or maybe my docter misdiagnosed the herpes lesions?

oh and the 3 week negative antibody only test (Vikia), is it 60-70% reliable as i read in medhelp's other thread?

can i calculate my chance:

0.34(Chance TS is +)
0.0062 (Chance from insertive anal)
0.2(Chance TS is in acute infection)
27 fold (Due to acute viral load)
0.4 (Chance infected after 3rd week antibody)

0.00682 / 6 out of 1000?

What make me worried is that i didnt even remember how my condom looked like , i couldnt even picture it on my mind...i only remember removing it by pulling the ring from my penis...i didn't recall any popping sound or change in sensation. The TS insisted she remembered it was intact but still yet to do the hiv test which make me worry even more....

A. Chance TS is positive : 20%
B. Chance infection from uncirc. Insertive anal : 0.62%
C. Chance TS in acute infection : 20%
D. If acute more infection 27 fold

Odds: 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.062 x 27 : 0.00696 : 7 : 1000?
