Precum on fissure
Hi, I had an encounter under the shower with a guy (status unknown). He rubbed shortly his penis against my anus (there was no penetration yet quite some precum. I have a small fissure or lesion around my anus. It was not bleeding but I felt a bit of a burn when his penis touched it. Getting nervous now….should I go for PEP? Thanks
You don't need pep, you actually had no risk. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drugs. Air inactivates the virus. So, it requires full penetration in order to transmit the virus. So, no risk.

Wow even when it directly touched the lesion? I was not sure how that would in a wet environment.

Reread about "only." If there were exceptions there wouldn't be just 3 - so there is no purpose in wondering about any of the other hundreds of possible variations.
