Precum on lips
Dear doctor, I made out with a guy. I don't know him well and have no idea of his hiv status.
I refused to give him blow job, but he suddenly touched my lips with his penis head for like 1~2 seconds,and he may have secreted some precum.
There were no cuts or wounds on my lips, but I am wondering whether lips are normal skin or mucous membrane. If his precum touched my lips, would this possibly lead to hiv infection?

You had no risk so a test would be a waste of time. Whatever your HIV theory is about mucous membranes is irrelevant as you will see below.
HIV is a fragile virus outside its "comfort zone" and is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead. The csw knows that otherwise she wouldn't allow it. She kisses everyone in town though, so it is high risk for a sore throat or flu.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.

Your situation is straightforward is you reread the advice. Unless your encounter was one of the 3 then you are making up your own science, which is just science fiction, so it is unrealistic for you to think that can be real science.
