Precum on lips

Dear doctor, I made out with a guy. I don't know him well and have no idea of his hiv status.

I refused to give him blow job, but he suddenly touched my lips with his penis head for like 1~2 seconds, and he may have secreted some precum.

There were no cuts or wounds on my lips, but I am wondering whether lips are normal skin or mucous membrane. If his precum touched my lips, would this possibly lead to hiv infection?

Dear doctors, please kindly address my concern, thank you very much.

Many thanks,
Eric

there are no doctors on this section of the forum.  only members who base their answers based off the expert doctor.

with that being said, your encounter was zero risk for HIV.

Thank you for the reply.

Are lips mucous membranes? If yes, then infected precum may permeate into my lips and lead to infection. Am I right? Sorry, I am worried sick.

Besides, in which section in medhelp can we ask doctors, thank you.
You had no risk so a test would be a waste of time. Whatever your HIV theory is about mucous membranes is irrelevant as you will see below.
HIV is a fragile virus outside its "comfort zone" and is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead. The csw knows that otherwise she wouldn't allow it. She kisses everyone in town though, so it is high risk for a sore throat or flu.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
Your fear is unwarranted for this no risk situation.
Sorry, ignore this part as my computer sent this before i edited it out. " The csw knows that otherwise she wouldn't allow it. She kisses everyone in town though, so it is high risk for a sore throat or flu. "
Thank you all.

I know air inactivates hiv virus, but in my scenario, the precum may have contacted my lips as soon as /immediately it was secreted from the guy. Even the case with freshly secreted precum touching my lips, I am still free of infection?
Sorry for being paranoid, I want to know your advice. Thank you very much. Thank you. (Also sorry for my bad English)
Your situation is straightforward is you reread the advice. Unless your encounter was one of the 3 then you are making up your own science, which is just science fiction, so it is unrealistic for you to think that can be real science.
