The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
The reason protected penetration is listed as "low risk" is due to the fact that the condom could break. However, if you use a condom and it does not VISIBLY break, you are not at risk for HIV.
Oral sex is not a concern - ingesting fluid of any kind isn't a risk for HIV, and in your mouth, saliva has properties that inhibit the virus. There's no need to test since you were never exposed to HIV.
