Protected oral sex

I had an encounter with a sex worker last night. I had a very small cut on my penis from the day before, I popped a ingrown hair actually near the base of my penis, so the cut was very tiny. The only sexual act we engaged in was her performing oral sex on me with a condom on for about 15 minutes. The condom did cover the small cut and it wasn't bleeding at the time. I also made sure to keep pushing the condom down. But at one point she was laying on her side and I was doing the thrusting into her mouth. I finished out of her mouth in the condom. Checked the condom by filling it with water no holes nor was there blood on the condom. She had no cuts on her hands nor did she seem to be bleeding from her mouth. I showered right after she left and washed with soap. Checked the cut and a pin sized speak of blood was visible on tissue. My question is with the cut if she was bleeding in her mouth is there any risk of HIV infection or was there any HIV risk at all.  Also I have read the cut on the penis and mouth would have to bleeding so much that you wouldn't be engaging in oral sex. Is that true.

Thank you Sir.

Not an HIV concern. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
