HIV Risk Exposure - Request Feedback

Background: Weekend 30th and 31st July 2021, had sex with 2 stranger girls - one was prostitute and the other was Tinder, but asking for money. With prostitute only vaginal sex and protected. No kissing, no oral and no anal sex. With the Tinder date - vaginal sex and protected, briefly she did oral on me without condom, lip to lip kissing, I did not do any oral and no anal sex

On day 4 - I had some symptoms of dry cough and a mild fever, which lasted for a day. The mild dry cough still persists, if some irritation invites the dry cough, but its mild and dry. After 4 weeks, I have tingling feeling in Urethra and left testicle pain. Additionally please note I have varicocele in my left testicle. So its all mixed up and I am not sure.

Request thoughts - what are various risk exposures and what those symptoms can possibly indicate (Very Anxious and scared). Thanks for your reply.

You messaged me asking for advice.  There is nothing I can say that GuitarRox hasn't already said:
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of would put you at risk for HIV, including the event you describe.  There is no "what if" that you can add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

Thanks for your feedback. I did blood tests and detected positive for Hepatatis A. That explains my curiosity from those two encounters. May be I picked it up from one of the girls, may be......But thanks again for your wonderful feedback and good work. I should switch to another forum on this site.

You would know if there was a condom breakage.  You'd remember, you'd realize, it is something people don't 'miss'.  They break wide open and are messy.  And if the head of your penis was covered, you were never at risk as that's what has to be protected. The only risks for HIV are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drugs. You used protection and nothing you mention here or your two encounters were a risk for HIV. When someone is anxious, they also feel EVERYTHING. They hyper focus.  This could be you.  Try to distract yourself.  And your other symptoms are not related to HIV as you couldn't get HIV from your activity.

Also additional points - on both occasions dont remember that there was a condom breakage, it did not disappear, it started to slip on one occasion but penis head was covered and I pulled out penis immediately from Vagina.

You don't have to figure if you remembered a breakage -  as explained above it is obvious, plus it is hard to take it off when it is dangling so it is a vivid event that you will never forget.
