HIV/STD risk from protected vaginal/anal with CSW?

So I have been with an escort 3 times now. Once in November, once last week and last night. She's very careful, always using a condom for oral and vaginal sex. She insists she's clean and is tested regularly m I've read the older posts from the docs, but last night we had a little to drink and got adventures and tried anal sex. At one point during vaginal sex I noticed the condom had rolled up but was still covering the head of my penis. Which is good....I did take it off while not inside her and put it back on (not inside out). We used the same condom for vaginal and anal, which I know puts her at risk for infection....today I texted her and she reassured me I was never inside her without a condom. Give her uber careful use of condoms, this was also reassuring. I'm also on doxycycline 200mg daily, just in case. Is there any HIV risk here? Or other STD risk? I know it's pretty low but still possible. I'm married and only do this stuff when I'm drinking, and don't plan to do it again. I have no open cuts on any of my penis either. I feel this is more guilt and my being a hypochondriac more than anything....but any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm chiming in with the others that the head of your penis was covered, so you didn't risk HIV.  I'd always change condoms in between anal and vaginal though for the sake of the woman who can get a bacterial infection. YOU had no risk from HIV though.

Thank you for the quick answer. I’ve read a lot of Drs. Hook and Handsfield and their stances on this, my biggest concern was when the condom rolled up...my escort days are over for sure. I can’t keep putting myself through this stress, even is she is very careful and safe.

Sure. No risk.  Every addiction or emotional depencies are prone to relapses, in order to bring a change one needs a lot of perseverance from with in and sometime a little help from outside, you could find whatever it takes for your own self from here. Since this is an HIV prevention forum we can tell you  that you didn't have a risk to be worried about.

You did the right thing, used a condom for vaginal & anal intercourse, that ensured your safety.

There is nothing to worry about since your urethra was protected with condom the entire time.

There was no HIV concern and therefore no testing warranted.

As you have mentioned that you are a hypochondriac, I assure you this is nothing but fear of HIV because there was no real risk.

For other STI related concerns, please post it in relevant forum.

How did you get "..doxycycline 200mg daily, just in case"?  You need a prescription for that and shouldn't be taking it just because you think it will cure HIV.
I’ve had a script for doxycycline for acne for years. I have read several studies saying that it’s effective in treating gonorrhea, chlamydia and early syphilis if taken twice daily for 2 weeks. And yes I know it doesn’t prevent HIV transmission as it’s an antibiotic...I was taking it after the 2nd encounter last week to prevent any bacterial based STDs from taking hold. Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, my main concern was HIV risk and I know it’s probably unfounded....guilt more than anything

Also, I tested the condom afterwards and there were no leaks. Sorry for the typos, I'm on my phone. My main concern is the slippage though my glans was covered
