Are my exposures risky to get HIV?

Hi , I am 27 year old bi-male residing in Bahrain , I mostly practice the following activities when I hook up with a random guy from interned or at a gay friendly massage:
1.Mutual masturbation ,possible to get secretions but am conscious always.
2.Getting sucked.
3.Hand jobs at a massage where number of gays come for extras ,assuming the massage oil bottle possibly tainted with the semen of other customers.
4.Anal fingering at a massage without gloves. Never seen any blood dripping finger ,small cuts on fingers without blood can be inside unknowingly not sure but 'Not Blood Dripping'.
5.Rubbing my penis on the crack no penetration and vice versa with possible ejaculation, cum might have dripped.
6.Anal sex twice only but the condom was intact i was the Top.
Kindly let me know if I stand at any risk from this activities .I have been practicing this from 2007 , due to my paranoia I got tested by Abbott antibody test negative.Again I started to practice the same activities.So can I continue the same without fear of HIV.

You didn't have a risk.  As you were already told, only insertive unprotected vaginal or anal sex is an HIV risk, sexually speaking.

Any other safety measured to be applied for this kind of activities ,and can I continue having fun like this without getting tested or I need to be tested.
Just for info I do not use partner's cum to masturbate ,i make sure to wash my hand before touching my penis (pre-cum not sure of),i don't suck only once with condom as well,i get sucked with condom .
I would appretiate if any other inputs as it is good for my safety and knowledge.

Thank you for your prompt response the anal rubbing I had done only twice without condom and am sure there was no penetration,rest all times was either with the underwear on or with condom.So is it still risky?

All those activities you mentioned, do not put you at HIV risk. HIV is transmitted through unprotected anal and vaginal sex only when we talk about the sexual routes.

However you need to be very vigilant and careful while rubbing unprotected penis on anal opening because slight penetration in such case may expose you to the risk and the risk is several times higher in anal penetration as compared to vaginal penetration.
