Question about rare/ undectable HIV strains

Hello,
So I had what I believe to be unprotected exposure 6 months ago. 2 weeks in I was constantly fatigued with consistent pain in my left hip lymph. A month in a broke out in hives all over my body. 2 months in after drinking quite regularly at school I was expierencing very enlarges Lymphs in my armpits as well as mouth sores. Since then I have been very concerned and keeping very healthy all lypmphs have gone down but now I have a very dry cough and constant head aches which grow worse when taking Advil or ibp. A specialist has given me a 4th gen six months out  negative.... Lymphs and sores have started to appear again regardless of good eating and exercise, I expierence tiredness and sever headaches more and more epically after physical activity. My doctor tells me not to worry but I have found many case studies online of cases were HIV goes undected and is normally faster progressing. I have a feeling this could be the case for me. Since I appear to be in good Health the specialist refuses to get me a VL test but I am still skeptical. What are thoughts on these cases I am referring to and are there any other precautions and procedures I could take?! Thanks for the help

And you've tested negative outside the window period.

I've heard that but like I said I found case studies online where this isn't the case. A lot of my concern lies in the inexplicable rash and the girl I was with also had a similar rash
