You can't get infected by your own blood anyway.
Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) Sharing intravenous needles.
NOTHING else you can think of is a risk for HIV, including stabbing yourself with a wooden piece that might have blood on it. There is no detail you could add, and no "what if" question you could ask that would make this event a risk for HIV.
