Well I do have an  anxiety of every sex encounters I have, due to a Hiv scare before but mostly my encounters are oral not for a minute or 2 but I’m just wondering because I do have a exposed nerve in my tooth along with somewhat poor hygiene... do I need to be tested?.. the guys don’t ejactulate in my mouth at all . I’m just worried about precum... I do get a very sore throat every 2 weeks possibly and it’s only one tonsil that gets swollen along with the lymph node that has been enlarged quite sometime I’m scared.
Since you didn't have a risk, then it's definitely not HIV. You're better off seeing an ear, nose and throat doctor for your throat issues because you're more likely to get an accurate diagnosis. You'll never get anywhere focusing on a disease that you were not exposed to.

The only way adults get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Oral sex is not a risk because saliva and air inactivate the virus.  An exposed nerve does not create a situation to change the fact that no one really gets HIV from oral sex.
